Programs can be priced on a per-event or per-program basis on SHC. For example, if you have an eight-week program where an event takes place once a week and the price per event is $20, the complete program will be priced at $160. But the fun part is that you can set up the price by event or program.

Fee-based Classes and Services (such as Massage, PT, Aquatics, and Tennis)
These can be priced per session, such as five sessions for x amount or Unlimited Sessions for a month. Or you can create Packages – a One-month Package or a Two-month Package. If you want to offer discounts to any fee-based class or service, the usual route on SHC is to do via Stripe payments. But, if you want to offer discounts via the Billing Company, you can reduce the price on the Billing Company, and then the members get the discounted price.

WebApp
For certain member segments, like senior citizens, who are not comfortable using their mobile devices, we have an alternate solution in the WebApp. It is faster, and similar to the mobile app in terms of behavior and functionality. It doesn’t require any downloads and installation to gain access. It can work on any device regardless of the operating system. Members can view information about different departments of the Club, view the Calendar and Class schedules, make bookings for any Class/Resource/Spot, view posts created by the Club management and personal messages, can purchase different Products, Services, Plans, and so on.
Profiles, Goals, and Tracking
Members can create detailed profiles, including data such as – Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email Id, Phone number, etc. For example, for children, there’s an extended profile created that will have detailed information about their school, allergies, restrictions etc.
Members can set their weight and fitness goals and enter actuals to track their progress. Their instructor will have access to all of this information. Members can check on their progress and goals.
The Tracking feature helps them view their status in real-time and get input from their instructors. All actual data can be synced with Apple Watch and MyZone. Members can also enter the actuals of the food they consume on the app.
For example – Jessica wants to lose 10 pounds over four months, and if she checks the Goals and Tracking section on the SHC App before or after her workout, she can enter details of her session. This will help her have a clear picture of her progress towards this goal. Even her trainer will have access to this data.
Calendars
There are separate calendars available for each department, each service provider (such as a trainer or swim coach), and each location.
Calendars are integrated across mobile, web, individual trainers, and departments. You can sort classes by name, date, and instructor. Calendars are also deep-linked with instructor bios and class details. Members can easily add a class to their personal calendar.
On the WebApp of SHC, you can access the Calendar tab; the members can view the whole class schedule. They can filter it by date, trainer, or class and make a booking. Once they book a class, it will be blocked in their calendar, and an email will be sent as a reminder. All classes in the department will be displayed – with information about the plans, classes, and benefits.
When the member books a class, they get a class layout. They can choose any particular spot and book it. They will receive a confirmation about the class, including all other important information. If a member cancels, that spot becomes available for other members to claim.
Social Network
Form a strong community like a mini Facebook at your club. Form groups, post achievements updates, send push notifications, and much more. Trainers and dietitians can form private groups and become influencers. Send or schedule club updates about closures or upcoming events as posts and push notifications. Members can safely make friends and interact with other authenticated members.

As a Tennis Director, you can set up court availability and clinics. All court/pro bookings and calendars are updated in real-time at the backend.
Members can pick a court usage duration, invite partners from the club to join them and pick a court, all using the app. The members also get to automatically split the court fees amongst all court users. The Match Arranging feature finds partners for your members with similar ratings and then sets up the match.
Members hire a Tennis Pro, pay for them, and set up an appointment at a court on the app. All Tennis Pro appointments can be scheduled with purchases and Session Balances maintained on the platform.
The Tennis Director can set up different Programs/Clinics at other times with different time slots at various price points per event and the whole program. This lets you run many parallel cohorts. For example, the Saturday program can be priced higher than the weekday ones. Programs and Coaching sessions are charged on the SHC Platform through Stripe or the Billing Company.
You can use Banners on the App to promote a new Clinic. Any posts created through the Feed section of the Club App are also sent as a push notification to your members. You can choose your target segment and filter by age to create custom marketing campaigns.
