Multi-location by design
SHC software was actually designed for multi-location clubs from the beginning. It is designed to help you not just offer a seamless brand experience to your members, but also an easy way to access all your amenities across locations.
Members can choose to view services at their Home location that they choose when they first login or simply use a dropdown menu in the app and experience each of your locations.
Allow members to use amenities in different locations On the contrary, if you want to limit access to specific locations, you can do that too!
Let us say a member is in a different part of town in the evening and wants to use the Treadmill for a run in your location in that part of town. All they need to do is switch their location on the App and gain access to the resources they want.
Create everything just once and choose to display it per location – the concept of “Assets” and Showcasing
If you really think about it, everything in your club is an asset. Your instructors, your classes, your resources such as pools or studios, your products, your exercise repository – are all assets. And that is how we have implemented these in the software. So, if you create a HIIT class in our App with certain attributes, you can choose to display it or showcase it for one location or for two locations. But, the point is that you create it just once. If you edit the intensity of the class, it will get updated for all locations. Same for instructors. Same for your products.
This gets more powerful at the level of services for Departments. If your downtown location does not have Pilates, you can turn it off for that location and continue to showcase it in other locations.
Last but not least, you can manage multiple location calendars without having to recreate classes, instructors or resources.
Advertise and Promote to each location
If you have added a new swimming pool in one location, members who log into that location view of the App, can be informed of it. Either you can add a banner at the top saying, “New Pool. Registrations open”. Or you can send an email or push notification to every member in that location by using the Groups feature. Set different pricing for different locations
This is possible. Clubs can set different pricing for different locations. You can offer a Personal Training service for a different price at Location 1 since you may only have regular personal trainers, but have a different price for the same service at Location 2 if they have a master trainer. One good example is Vida Fitness. 2 of their locations are mandated by the state to charge tax and they have a different price for those locations with Tax charged separately.
