Sub Requests
Instructors request for Substitutes with one tap on their phones. This triggers a push notification to a pre-approved list of instructors. Email and push notification of the final instructor selected is sent to all volunteers, the sub and the original instructor. Saves time and effort for both the Director and the instructors replacing the back-and-forth communication over email and phone.
Sub Status Screens for Instructors
Instructors can see and track the progress of their sub requests on the SHC App. This feature brings predictability and control to the substitution process, ensuring instructors are always informed about the status of their requests.
Manager Dashboard
Managers have a high-level view of all ongoing sub requests, including who has volunteered for each. This feature is crucial as it shows when a class does not have a volunteer. Records of past sub requests can be filtered by date, instructor, or department, providing managers with valuable insights into trends and behaviors effortlessly.
Group Fitness Director’s Approval
Once an instructor volunteers to take over a class, the request, depending on set preferences, can either be directly assigned or sent to the department head for final approval. This ensures that all substitutions are properly vetted and approved, maintaining high standards.
Automatic Calendar Updates
The calendar automatically updates across the Mobile App, your website, Web App, and TV screens with the new instructor’s name. This ensures one version of the truth for everyone, keeping all platforms in sync and preventing any confusion about class schedules.
