Lessons and Clinics

Set up 8-week tennis clinics or 6-week group swim lessons. Add multiple levels like Level 1, Level 2, and so on. Use the SHC Calendar to schedule all cohorts for members to make bookings.

Monthly Subscription or EFT

Ideal for small group training and gymnastics. For example, set a Pilates program with a monthly subscription, offering a new revenue stream. Members are charged automatically for recurring classes.

Diverse Event Setup

Create one-time events limited only by imagination. Some of our clubs have already used this feature to set up a dance class, a pickleball beginner event, or even a movie night. Boost your event attendance by letting non-members buy tickets on your App.

Flexible Pricing

Price your Tennis Clinic by number of lessons (6 or 8 or 10 lessons) or by Duration (4 or 6 or 8 weeks). Add Volume or Duration Limits. For example, a 6 Week Group Swim Lesson starting on Nov 15, every Monday 4pm for 6 weeks.
 Offer lower prices or preferential booking windows for members versus non-members.

Streamlined Payments

Run payments for all types of programs through your billing company for members and Stripe for your non-members. Seamlessly charge member purchases using the card on file. Sell Clinics or Lessons to non-members/members using Stripe Payments.

Family Booking, Transfers and Refunds

Members can book and pay for lessons or camps for their children through the app, without visiting the front desk. The software manages common “transfer” scenarios where a child has joined a Level 1 Swim Lesson, but is actually more fit for Level 2 or vice versa. Reports are updated automatically. Partial or full refund option for members paying through Stripe is available on the SHC app.

Detailed Reporting

With the dedicated Program Booking report, you track all Purchases, Session Balances and process easy refunds through Stripe as well. Instructors can get detailed Groups/Cohort Roster Reports on their phone, which can also be printed, stating children’s allergies etc.

Marketing Campaigns and Deep Links

Run effective marketing campaigns within the app to boost clinic and lesson sign ups. Utilize banners, push notifications, and email campaigns as part of your multi-channel strategy. Deep links can direct users to specific SHC platform pages, enhancing your promotional efforts on social media.

Products and Smoothies

Expand your revenue by selling products like smoothies, pro shop items, and T-shirts. Members can customize their smoothie orders with preferred options and add-ons. Staff can manage orders in real-time using a dedicated smoothie dashboard, ensuring efficient fulfillment.

Sell Class Packs and Sessions

Clubs can sell packs of 5 or 10 Pilates classes or TRX or boxing. SHC does the session balance tracking and expiration automatically. While the booking and appointment are done differently, the purchase process and session balance tracking remains the same. Clubs can use all of this for both members and non-members.

Guest Passes

Non-members and members can purchase day or guest passes for themselves or their families online for single or multiple days. After purchase, guests receive an email with a QR code that is validated at the front desk and stops working after the purchased days are used, ensuring security and preventing misuse.
